Marvel Studios dropped the first-ever teaser trailer for Captain America: Brave New World, which is already shaping into one of my anticipated movies of 2025. This upcoming Cap movie finds Steve Rogers’ friend and heir to the mantle, Sam Wilson, in another conspiracy plot potentially involving a dangerous terrorist organization and the newly elected President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross (Harrison Ford) who may or may not be a Hulk. Although it is a one-minute teaser, this movie already screams ‘The Winter Soldier’ vibes. Compared to last year’s Secret Invasion, while it was enjoyably entertaining, it failed to recapture the atmosphere and tension of the 2014 ‘Cap’ sequel. And I claimed it would be “The Multiverse Saga’s ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’”. Let me rephrase that here: When this movie is released, given that Kevin Feige and co. had learned from their mistakes, and it turns out great; Captain America: Brave New World will be ‘The Multiverse Saga’s’ Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Here is the official synopsis and teaser trailer:
