Alien: Romulus Official Trailer Reminds Audiences That In Space, No One Can Hear You Scream

Alien: Romulus is looking to be an Alien fan’s dream thanks to Don’t Breathe director Fede Alvarez. This movie will reboot the series with a midquel set between Ridley Scott’s 1979 original horror classic, Alien, and James Cameron’s 1986 action-thriller masterpiece, Aliens. It may accomplish what Prometheus and Alien: Covenant failed to do: be an entertaining Alien movie. It will be a sweaty, scary good time when the film arrives on August 16^th. Fede Alvarez (“Evil Dead,” “Don’t Breathe”) directs from a screenplay he wrote with frequent collaborator Rodo Sayagues (“Don’t Breathe 2”) based on characters created by Dan O’Bannon and Ronald Shusett. “Alien: Romulus” is produced by Ridley Scott (“Napoleon”), who directed the original “Alien” and produced and directed the series’ entries “Prometheus” and “Alien: Covenant,” Michael Pruss (“Boston Strangler”), and Walter Hill (“Alien”), with Fede Alvarez, Elizabeth Cantillon (“Charlie’s Angels”), Brent O’Connor (“Bullet Train”), and Tom Moran (“Unstoppable”) serving as executive producers.
