Jackie Chan’s starring in a new movie called Police Story: Lockdown. Having grown up with Jackie Chan movies and the classic Jackie Chan Adventures show, I’m already a fan of anything Chan’s in. As GeekTyrant states, the film already played in China three years ago, and it’s just now coming to US shores. Regardless of the long wait, it looks amazing. It’s very Taken.
Female directors are still really rare in Hollywood, which is a shame, but there are a few out there churning out thought-provoking films, and it seems like this film by Nancy Meyers, The Intern, also written by Myers, might be hitting on some interesting topics. The film, starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway, follows a man in his twilight years who becomes an intern for a much younger female boss. The two end up forging a bond that neither one probably expected. Here’s the full rundown from Warner Bros.:

Producers: Nancy Meyers, Suzanne Farwell, Celia Costas (Executive Producer)

In “The Intern,” Ben Whittaker (Robert De Niro) is a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Anne Hathaway).
The cast photos from FX’s American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson have been released. Cuba Gooding Jr., who is playing Simpson, just looks like Cuba Gooding Jr., while everyone else looks similar to the people they’re portraying. Here’s the gallery with cast descriptions:
